Jeff: I just tried this for separating the 13 components, using only 7 of the 8 outs, by combining them in pairs and hard panning L/R within each pair. Is there any way to get it to start/stop in sync? Thanks Richie for the Track Template. Doesn't sync up with the DAW, though (although it does pick up the BPM). Nice drum VSTi - crisp clean sounds - low CPU (.2% here!) - uncomplicated, easy to use GUI. Cakewalk Session Drummer sounds muffled, EZD(1) way too dark, BFD(eco) the same, liked AD(1) but there was something 'missing', really liking AD(2) and use it a lot, JamStix is great for composition, but the kit sounds are lacking something, and it's way complicated to set up. The MT Power Drum Kit is a new drum sampler offering the powerful. All sounded abysmal, but they were drums for me to jam to I long for those days where I could just fire up the Casio, find a suitable rhythm, then jam out on it. In the old days of PortaStudio-244 my drums would come from a SynSonics, then a Casio MT-205, then from a SoundBlaster powered by Voyetra Sequencer-Plus. I'm a guitarist with only rudimentary skills in MIDI, but I like good sounding drums. Some limitations, yes, but I see that as an asset rather than otherwise, uncomplicated, and the 'new' price can't be beat. Same here, although I'm a night owl anyways Aside from our technical issues re:MT-Drums, we can agree that this is one nice piece of easy to use good sounding drums software. Quote: Sheesh, I've been up WAY too long.
